India Preview
India’s strong form from the group stage continued into the Super Four stage, where they defeated Pakistan by six wickets in their last match. India, bowling first, conceded 171/5. Despite the Indian bowlers being under pressure halfway through Pakistan’s innings, when they were scoring at close to nine runs per over.
Shivam Dube’s spell of 2/33 completely shifted the momentum in India’s favor. The spin duo of Varun Chakravarthy (0/25) and Kuldeep Yadav (1/31) bowled exceptionally well in the middle overs. Jasprit Bumrah, however, had a difficult outing, going wicketless and conceding 45 runs, his most expensive spell in a single T20I match for the first time in his career.
Chasing 172, Abhishek Sharma (74 runs) and Shubman Gill (47 runs) put on a 105-run partnership in 9.5 overs. This partnership completely swung the game in India’s favor, and Tilak Varma closed it out with a quickfire 30 runs from 19 balls.
The Indian bowlers have been out of form in their last couple of games, conceding over 170 runs and especially leaking runs at a rate of 9-10 runs per over in the powerplay. We can expect them to step up in this fixture and take crucial wickets at the top.
Bangladesh Preview
Bangladesh have performed exceptionally well in the last two matches leading up to this fixture. They outplayed Afghanistan in the group stage to advance to the Super Four stage, and then on a tricky pitch in Dubai, they restricted the Sri Lankan side to 168/7.
Mustafizur Rahman was the standout bowler, picking up three wickets for just 20 runs, while a surprise selection in Mahedi Hasan paid huge dividends with figures of 2/25. Shoriful Islam and Nasum Ahmed were a touch on the expensive side.
Chasing the target, Tanzid Hasan was dismissed for a duck early in the innings. However, Saif Hasan, who was promoted to open, scored a match-winning half-century (61 runs from 45 balls). He, along with Litton Das (23 runs), added a crucial 59-run partnership for the second wicket.
Towhid Hridoy was the game-changer, taking the attack to the Sri Lankan spinners in the middle overs and scoring 58 runs from 37 balls. He saw them through to victory despite some last-over drama. With this win, Bangladesh are now just one victory away from advancing to the finals. They may consider adding another spinner to their lineup in place of Shamim Hossain, with Rishad Hossain expected to make a comeback.

IND vs BAN Pitch Report
The pitch at Dubai International Stadium is a balanced track that favors both batsmen and bowlers. The average first innings score in the last seven matches played here is 140 runs, and the teams bowling first have won five of those games.
Seamers have found success early in the game, but the spinners have been the real game-changers in the middle overs. Their impact has decided the outcome of most matches at Dubai throughout the tournament, making a good start in the powerplay a key to success at this venue.
India has won all three of their matches played in Dubai so far in the tournament, while Bangladesh has won the only match they have played here.
IND vs BAN Match Winner Prediction
India are the clear favorites to win this match, given the way they have been batting in the tournament and the form of their players, which puts them ahead of Bangladesh in all aspects of the game. Bangladesh has struggled a bit with the bat against strong bowling units. We expect a close contest and are backing India to win this match with ease.
