IPL 2008 Winner – Rajasthan Royals

The winner of IPL 2008 is Rajasthan Royals cricket T20 team. IPL 2008 is the first edition of Indian Premier League, in which eight IPL teams have participated. Out of eight teams, Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab came on top of the points table. The final match of IPL 2008 was between CSK Vs RR, in which Rajasthan IPL team beat Chennai IPL team by three wickets. Shane Watson from Rajasthan Royals had selected as the “Player of the Series”.

IPL 2009 Winner –

IPL 2009 winner is Deccan Chargers IPL Cricket team. The 2nd edition of IPL cricket tournament was started on April 18th, 2009 between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings team in Newlands, Capetown, South Africa. After 54 IPL league matches, Delhi Capitals, Chennai Super Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Deccan Chargers were qualified for the qualifier matches. Delhi Capitals and Bangalore IPL teams were qualified for IPL final cricket match from the qualifiers round. In the IPL 2008 final, Deccan Chargers beat Royal Challengers Bangalore by 6 runs. Adam Gilchrist was selected as “Player of the Series”.

Chennai Super Kings IPL 2010 Winner

The winner of IPL 3 is Chennai Super Kings. The IPL 2010 edition was started in March 12th, 2010 in Patil  Sports  Academy Stadium, Mumbai. The first IPL cricket match was between Kolkata Knight Riders and Deccan Chargers, in which KKR IPL team had won the match by 11 runs. The IPL 2010 final match was happened in April 25th in Mumbai to identify the IPL 2010 winner, in which Chennai Super Kings beat Mumbai Indians by 22 runs. Mumbai Indian’s Sachin Tendulkar selected as the “Player Of The Series”.

CSK IPL 2011 Winner Again

IPL 2011 winner is Chennai Super Kings. The fourth season of IPL got two new IPL teams Kochi Tuskers Kerala and Pune Warriors India. Out of 10 IPL teams from 69 T20 league matches RCB, CSK, MI and KKR were qualified for the qualifier rounds. In the IPL 2011 final, M.S Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings IPL team beat Royal Challengers Bangalore by 58 runs in MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai and became the IPL 2011 Winner.

IPL 2012 Winner

Kolkata Knight Riders is the winner of IPL 2012. Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings were qualified for the qualifiers round after 69 IPL league matches. KKR beat Delhi Capitals by 18 runs in the first qualifier and CSK bat DC by 86 runs in the second qualifier. In the IPL 2012 final, Chennai Super Kings met Kolkata Knight Riders in Chennai, in which KKR became the IPL winner by beating Chennai IPL team by 5 wickets margin.

IPL 2013 Winner

The winner of IPL 2013 season is Mumbai Indians. The 2013th IPL season was started in April 3rd, 2013 in Eden Gardens, Kolkata between Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders. Kolkata Knight Riders won the first IPL 2013 cricket match by six wickets. Chennai Super Kings came top of the points table with 22 points after the 73 IPL league matches. In the IPL 2013 final, Mumbai Indians beat Chennai Super Kings by twenty-three runs which was happened in Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

IPL 2014 Winner

Kolkata Knight Riders is the winner of IPL 2014 edition of Indian Premier League. After 56 IPL 2014 cricket league matches, Kings XI Punjab came top of the table with 22 points followed by Kolkata Knight Riders (18 points), Chennai Super Kings (18 points) and Mumbai Indians (14 points). After the IPL 2014 qualifier and eliminator rounds, KXIP and KKR were qualified for the IPL 2014 final. Kolkata Knight Riders beat Kings XI Punjab by 3 wickets and became the IPL 2014 winner.

IPL 2015 Winner

The winner of IPL 2015 is Mumbai Indians IPL Cricket Team. The IPL 2015 season was started in Eden Gardens, Kolkata between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders on April 8th, 2015. KKR IPL team has won the match by seven wickets in the first IPL cricket match of 2015 against Mumbai IPL Team. The IPL 2015 final had happened May 24th, 2015 between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings in Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Mumbai Indians became the IPL 2015 winner by beating CSK team by 41 runs.

IPL 2016 Winner

SRH is the winner of IPL 2016. The IPL 2016 was started on 9th April 2016 in Mumbai. Rising Pune Supergiant, the new IPL team beat Mumbai Indians by 9 wickets margin in the first match of IPL 2016. Gujarat Lions, RCB, SRG and Kolkata IPL teams were qualified for the qualifier rounds after the 56 IPL league matches. In the IPL 2016 final SRH met RCB on May 29, 2019. Sunrisers Hyderabad became IPOL 2016 winner after beating Royal Challengers Bangalore team by 8 runs.

IPL 2017 Winner

The winner of IPL 2017 is Mumbai Indians. After 55 league cricket T20 matches, Mumbai Indians, Rising Pune Supergiant, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders were qualified for the next qualifying rounds in the IPL 2017. After the qualifiers and eliminator IPL rounds, Mumbai Indians and Rising Pune Supergiant were qualified for the IPL 2017 final. On May 21st, 2017 Mumbai Indians beat RPS IPL team by 1 run and became the IPL 2017 winner.

IPL 2018 Winner

Chennai Super Kings is the winner of IPL 2019. After 2 years ban, Chennai Super Kings met Mumbai Indians in their first IPL T20 match on April 7th, 2018 in Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. In which, CSK IPL team has won the MI team by 1 wicket margin. After 56 leagues, 2 qualifiers and 1 eliminator matches Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad were qualified for the IPL 2018 final. Chennai Super Kings became the IPL 2018 winner after winning the SRH IPL team by 8 wickets margin.

IPL 2019 Winner

IPL 2019 winner is Mumbai Indians IPL team. IPL 2019 cricket match season was started on March 23rd, 2019 in Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai between CSK and RCB. Chennai Super Kings won by 7 wickets in the first t20 cricket match of IPL 2019 against Royal Challengers Bangalore IPL team. After the 56 league matches MI, CSK, DC and SRH were qualified for the qualifier and eliminator rounds, in which Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings were qualified for the IPL 2019 final. Mumbai Indians beat Chennai IPL team by 1 runs and became the IPL 2019 winner.

IPL 2020 Winner

Mumbai Indians finished the league stage as table toppers followed by Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Mumbai Indians defeated Delhi Capitals in the qualifier 1 and reached the finals. Sunrisers Hyderabad then knocked out Royal Challengers Bangalore in the eliminator. But SRH faced a setback in the qualifier 2 as Delhi Capitals reached their maiden IPL final in 2020. In what was a one-sided final Mumbai Indians won their fifth IPL title.
