Jharkhand States Cricket Association International Cricket Stadium is located in the midst of Ranchi. The JSCA Stadium Complex is established in the year 2011 with a total cost of Rs.1.8 billion covering an area of 35acres. The stadium is facilitated with seating capacity of 40000, main ground of 9 wicket field, 8 pitches of practice field, 76 corporate boxes, Indoor Cricket Academy with accommodation facility for youth training schemes and 35 guest suites with latest amenities included. This recently built stadium is owned by Jharkhand States Cricket Association (JSCA). JSCA stadium complex has been the home stadium for teams includes Indian Cricket team, Jharkhand Cricket team and Chennai Super Kings of IPL.

The stadium is built with excellent planning to escape from scorching sun. They made the construction with membrane roofing and constructed in the way that before 4.45 pm no shadow will fall on any one of the 9 pitches of the ground, even during the shortest day time of the year. The stadium is designed with one more ground along with 5 pitches and indoor cricket field with 3 pitches. This unique stadium is surrounded by hills on 2 sides and spectators can enjoy the game from those East and West hills (Eylex Hill stand), which is the first hill view of a cricket ground in India.

History Of Ranchi Stadium
The stadium inaugurated its first ODI match on January 2013 between Indian team and England, first test match was held on March 2017 between India and Australia, the first Twenty20 match was witnessed in February 2017 between India and Sri Lanka. As of now 2 more ODIs and 6 IPL games have been hosted by JSCA International Stadium Complex. This is a relatively bigger stadium provides extreme support for spinners. The JSCA stadium is also facilitated for members with Tennis and Basketball Courts, Spa and Swimming pool.
Seating Chart And Stands
The stadium consists of various stands like two pavilions, North and South stands are having 5 levels in each and including VIP Lounge, Member Lounge, Donor Lounge, President Box, BCCI box and two exclusive spacious dressing rooms for players. The North Pavilion of the stadium is named after Amitabh Choudhary and South Pavilion is named after MS Dhoni, as it is his home ground and well established cool-headed former captain of India.
IPL Tickets
The cost of the IPL match tickets in JSCA stadium complex varies from Rs.900 to Rs.8000 according to the stand you choose. Rs. 900 for Wing A, C & D Upper stand, Rs.1000 for Wing A, C & D lower stand, For Wing B upper stand costs Rs. 1100 and lower stand costs Rs.1400. In North Pavilion the cost of the premium terrace is Rs.1500, President Enclosure is Rs.8000 and hospitality box is Rs.5000. In the South Pavilion side for Donors Lounge the cost is Rs.1000 and Rs. 3000 for Corporate Enclosure and Rs.4500 for Luxury Parlour. JSCA also allocated some quota of tickets to affiliated schools, Club members, Life members, affiliated districts and members of CCC.
