With IPL 2026 around the corner, cricket lovers all over the country are looking forward to another exciting season. Teams have been busy making changes in their coaching staff, knowing well that the people working behind the scenes are just as important as the players on the field. Kolkata Knight Riders have parted ways with Chandrakant Pandit, while Bharat Arun has joined Lucknow Super Giants as bowling coach. In Chennai too, fans are talking about the possible return of Suresh Raina in a new role. To give a clear picture, here is the full list of IPL 2026 team-wise coaching staff for all ten franchises covering head coaches as well as batting, bowling, fielding and other key positions.
Kolkata Knight Riders: After finishing eighth in IPL 2025, KKR parted ways with head coach Chandrakant Pandit and bowling coach Bharat Arun. The team is now looking for a new head coach with names like Dale Steyn and Abhishek Nayar being talked about.
Rajasthan Royals: Rahul Dravid stepped down as head coach in August 2025 after just one season. Kumar Sangakkara is expected to return as head coach. From 2021 to 2024, Dravid led the team as head coach and director helping them reach the 2022 finals.
Lucknow Super Giants : LSG hired Bharat Arun, the former India bowling coach, from KKR as their new bowling coach, reportedly for ₹1.2-1.5 crore per year. They are also bringing Carl Crowe from KKR as a spin consultant.
